What it is

The gold Try again button shown with the reason the pairing could not start (for example the hub could not be reached).

What to enter

Fix what the box says, then press Try again.

What it changes

In the house: Asks the hub again to start pairing; the Apple TV is asked to show a new code.

In the app: Nothing until paired.

If it goes wrong

• The same reason again: check that the hub is on and online, then try again.
