AC name

What it is

The name of this AC. The app shows it on the AC tile, and the hub uses it as the AC's name.

What to enter

A short name, for example Bedroom AC. Two devices in one room cannot have the same name.

What it changes

In the house: The project saves this by itself. The hub gets the new name at the next Save & Deploy.

In the app: The AC tile shows this name after the next Save & Deploy.

If it goes wrong

• A name used twice in one room shows a red message under the row, and Save & Deploy stays off until one is renamed.
