What it is

One person in the Who can use menu, with a tick if they may use the room. Admins show admin · always and cannot be unticked, because admins always have every room.

What to enter

Press a person to tick or untick them. The first time you untick someone, the room changes from Everyone to a list that starts with everyone, so only that one person is taken off.

What it changes

In the app: The person sees or stops seeing the room in their app at the next Save & Deploy.

In the house: The hub's list of rooms for that person changes at the next Save & Deploy.

If it goes wrong

If unticking does nothing, the person may be an admin. A person left with no rooms gets an empty home screen; the deploy still goes ahead.
