KNX address boxes (light)

Screen: Room Devices (step 5 of 7) — the open addresses of a KNX light.

What it is

Five boxes for the KNX group addresses: On / off, On / off status, Dim level, Level status and Step.

What to enter

Each address as in ETS, for example 1/2/3. Leave a box empty when the light has no such object.

What it changes

In the house: The project saves this by itself. It reaches the house and the phones at the next Save & Deploy. The hub switches and dims the light on these addresses.

In the app: With a Dim level or Step address the tile dims. With a Level status address the slider shows the real level.

If it goes wrong

• The light does not respond: check the address against ETS.
• A red badge means the address is in the wrong slot for its type.
