Adds a camera.

What it changes

A new camera is added with user admin and the Hikvision snapshot path. It reaches the hub only after you type a Camera IP.

House: the hub uses this address to fetch the picture. A camera with no Camera IP is left out of the hub completely. App: gets only the camera name. If it goes wrong: no picture? Check that the address is correct and the camera is on the house network.

The project saves this by itself (autosave). It reaches the house and the phones only at the next Deploy on the Deploy step.

If it goes wrong

A camera with no Camera IP is not used. Type the address.
