What it is

In Renames needing your OK, the Reject button on a rename (Provider · From · To). It says the new name is a different channel, not the same one rebranded.

What to enter

Click it. There is no confirm question.

What it changes

For the dealer: Your decision is recorded with your sign-in and the time, and the rename leaves the list. Toast: Kept as a new channel. Favourites on that number now show the new name.

For the home: Nothing changes in the house. LuxeLife only records your decision; it is not sent to any hub.

In the app: Favourites on that channel number show the new name. Nothing removes a favourite.

If it goes wrong

• Renames need the newer LuxeLife service, which has not been released yet. Nothing was changed.
• The decision could not be recorded (the decisions table may not be installed yet). Nothing was changed.
• No such rename in the published catalogue
